This elegant apartment was fully refurbished in 2007 and sleeps 4 to 5 people. Le Nostalgique is ideally located in the heart of Cannes, the 'Carré d'Or'. It perfectly suits business people since at only 3min walking distance to the 'Palais des Festivals' (Congress & exhibition centre). It is also ideal for holiday clients since the sea front “La Croisettes” as well as our most famous shopping street “rue d’Antibes” are only steps away. Everything is reachable within less then 10min walk: 5 star hotels, exclusive stores like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Rolex and Fred, restaurants, cinemas, night clubs, public as well as private beaches, the old port and the old town. You won’t need a car.

• This fully equipped self catering apartment is on the 2nd floor and south-west facing.
• There is a wide, modern lift.
• Le Nostalgique has 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds (90x200).
• The beds can be converted into doubles.
• There is a very comfortable double sofa-bed (140x200) in the living room.
• Le Nostalgique has 2 balconies and 1 terrasse.
• There is a table and 4 chairs on the terrace, the ideal place for breakfast or lunch, even dinner.
• The living room balcony has a partial sea view.
• The entire apartment is very bright and equipped with air conditioning through out.
• Our bedrooms have double glazed windows.
• We do offer wireless internet connexion.
• Linen as well as towels are included in our rental rates.
• Our concierge is present most times.
BABIES
Le Nostalgique also caters for small infants.
We do have a brand new baby cot with “sound, light and rocking mode” as well as a high chairs and plastic cups and plates.
SMOKING
To avoid bad smells, please do NOT smoke in the apartment. If need be, you can smoke on the balconies. Thank you
PARKING
Secure underground parking on level -2 is available to our guests (extra cost)
CLEANING
Cleaning and linen change during your stay can be arranged for (extra cost)
WHAT TO DO
Cannes is great for all kinds of water sport. Also the best place for shopping and eating out! La Croisettes is fantastic to stroll, walk, roller blade or cycle. We also have many great Provencal markets offering fresh fish, great veggies, cheese and fruit. Also olive oil and excellent French wines.
We do have a cinema on rue d’Antibes showing original version movies. At least 5 magnificent sound + music fireworks are presented over the sea of Cannes each year during the months of July and August.
The romantic old village of Mougin is reachable within 15min drive and the nearby 'Esterel' mountains are great for hiking. The city of Cannes offers regular ferry trips (30min) to the islands St Margueritte and St. Honorat.
Antibes, Nice, Monaco, St. Tropez or Ventimiglia in Italy are all easily reachable destination (30 to 60min) via car or train.
HOW TO GET THERE
By car: take the A8 direction Cannes. Leave at exit: Cannes centre. Drive down Boulevard Carnot. Follow directions to: Centre Croisettes.
By bus: take the airport bus from Nice to Cannes town-hall “mairie”. Then walk along the sea side for max 15min from to the flat.

Holiday rental rates: From 700.- E to 1400.- E p/week depending on season. This includes all linen and towels as well as wireless internet access. Departure cleaning: 150.- E (cash on arrival).
CONGRESS RENTAL RATES
From 1500.- E to 5500.- E p/week.
This rate includes all linen and towels as well as wireless internet access and departure cleaning.

We are trying to be as flexible as possible to suit your needs in regard to arrival and departure dates and times.
Usual departure time is 10am. Usual arrival time is 4pm.

We stayed one week in October 2007 and had a fantastic time. The owners manage the property and were very professional and comprehensive throughout our interactions. The Apartment is in a great location just a few seconds walk from the beach and the centre of Cannes. In fact it is in the centre of Cannes but in a quiet spot. The Apartment itself is very well furnished and newly decorated. There are 3 balconies which is also nice with a view on the sea. There is a place to park underground … overall very secure we found. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Cannes ….we will likely be back ourselves!

Le Nostalgique was a fantastic apartment to be based at during Cannes Lions 2007. It was so close to everything, including the Palais, the Croisette, the various restaurants and the beach. Everything was new and worked well, and most importantly, the apartment was cared for and clean. The wifi was also fantastic and made working from home a breeze. Irene was great, and made checking in and out very easy and convenient. I would definitely reccommend the apartment for both business and holiday makers and hope to stay in it again next year. Als Wohlfühlfaktoren sind zudem die Helligkeit der Räume, die vollständige uns sehr ordentliche Ausstattung mit Möbeln und Geschirr, die zueinander passende Einrichtung sowie der gepflegte Standard zu nennen.
